Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse whenever stock is available. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size and selected delivery method.

Products marked as Pre-Order, including selected packaging machines, may be dispatched from our international warehouse. Please allow approximately 20–30 business days for delivery from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing, international transport, customs clearance, public holidays, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order items are ordered or arranged specifically after your order is confirmed. Once procurement, production or international dispatch has commenced, pre-order orders generally cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.

This does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Custom-made, personalised and pre-order products cannot be returned due to change of mind unless faulty or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
