LINKMARK GROUP PTY LTD trading as Linkmark Packaging ("we", "us", "our") is committed to providing quality products and fair return processes in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable consumer protection legislation.
1. Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under applicable consumer laws, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

The request is made within 30 days of delivery

The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging

The item is in a resalable condition

The item is not custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, specially ordered, supplied on a pre-order basis, or otherwise listed as non-returnable under this policy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Some products, including selected packaging machines, are supplied on a pre-order basis and may be ordered, arranged or prepared specifically after your order is confirmed.
Once procurement, production, preparation or international dispatch has commenced, pre-order orders generally cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.
Pre-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind once delivered, unless otherwise approved by us in writing.
If we are unable to supply a pre-order product within the stated or a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include continuing with the order, offering an alternative product, or providing a refund where required.
This section does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order is:

Not as described

Not fit for its intended purpose, where that purpose was made known to us before purchase
You may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may include:

Another suitable solution
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under applicable consumer laws.
We may request photos, videos, packaging details, troubleshooting information or other supporting evidence before approving a return, repair, replacement or refund.
5. Packaging Machines and Warranty Support
Selected packaging machines may be covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable parts, including blades, heating strips, sealing wires, belts, fuses or similar parts
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, incorrect operation or failure to follow the user manual
- Incorrect installation or unsuitable operating conditions
- Use with an incorrect power supply or voltage
- Unauthorised modification, repair or disassembly
- Damage caused by unsuitable packaging materials or consumables
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to change of mind:

Custom-made products

Made-to-order products

Personalised products

Pre-order products

Packaging machines supplied on a pre-order basis

Special bulk orders or contract supply items

Items that have been used, opened, damaged or are not in resalable condition

Items returned without prior approval
This does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for approved returns.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will process the refund in accordance with our legal obligations.
9. Business Customers (B2B)
For business customers:

Returns for change of mind are at our discretion

Custom, bulk, pre-order, packaging machine or contract orders are generally non-refundable due to change of mind

Additional terms may apply under separate agreements
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
10. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
For pre-order products, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing, production schedules, international transport, customs clearance, public holidays, remote-area delivery, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to supply your order within the stated or a reasonable timeframe, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required under applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, operational downtime or loss of opportunity

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, except where this limitation is not permitted by law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
