These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website linkmarkpackaging.com.au and any purchases made from LINKMARK GROUP PTY LTD trading as Linkmark Packaging ("we", "us", "our").

We supply packaging materials, temperature monitoring devices, and logistics consumables to both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C).

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion

  • You must ensure all order details are accurate

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfer

  • Shopify Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within Australia

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery

  • You must ensure someone is available to receive goods

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand consumer protections.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is unfit for purpose

We may also accept returns within 30 days if:

  • The item is unused

  • In original packaging

  • Suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

8. Pre-orders and Custom Orders

Pre-orders and custom orders must be arranged via direct contact.

Such orders may require:

  • Deposits

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied
