LINKMARK GROUP PTY LTD trading as Linkmark Packaging ("we", "us", "our") provides shipping services within Australia and selected international destinations.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- Australia-wide
- Selected international locations, subject to availability
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout or provided upon request.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, for large orders, or for products that are made to order, custom-made, or supplied on a pre-order basis.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Pre-Order Products and Packaging Machines
Some products, including selected packaging machines, are supplied on a pre-order basis and may be dispatched from our international warehouse.
For pre-order products, please allow approximately 20–30 business days for delivery from the date your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timeframes for pre-order products are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing, production schedules, international transport, customs clearance, public holidays, remote-area delivery, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, items may be dispatched separately depending on availability. Tracking details will be provided once each shipment has been dispatched.
Please review the estimated delivery timeframe carefully before placing your order.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Carrier availability
- Order size and product availability
- External factors such as weather, logistics delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown or communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping Responsibility & Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
For business customers (B2B), risk may pass earlier where agreed, such as upon dispatch or carrier collection.
Once goods are handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control. This does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you authorise delivery without signature:
- Goods may be left unattended
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery where the carrier confirms delivery in accordance with your authority to leave instruction
7. Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
We may request photos, tracking information, packaging details, or other supporting evidence.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Where required under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- No access
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to collect from a depot or collection point
You may be responsible for:
- Redelivery fees
- Storage fees
- Return shipping costs
- Any other reasonable costs charged by the carrier
9. Large or Bulk Orders
For bulk, pallet, or heavy deliveries, customers must ensure that appropriate delivery access and unloading facilities are available.
This may include forklift access, loading dock access, suitable unloading equipment, or staff available to receive the delivery.
Additional charges may apply if special handling, redelivery, tailgate service, waiting time, or manual unloading is required.
10. International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, or local government charges
- Delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather events, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or operational downtime
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
