Air Bubble Film is a lightweight and efficient protective packaging solution designed for cushioning, wrapping and void filling during shipping, storage and handling. Made from sturdy HDPE material, this air bubble film roll is suitable for use with compatible air cushion machines and can be inflated on demand when needed.

Each roll has a flat film width of 440mm and a roll length of 300m, with a 20 micron HDPE film thickness. Once inflated, the bubble structure helps absorb impact, reduce product movement inside cartons and provide reliable protection for fragile, delicate or irregular-shaped items.

The tear-able design makes it easy to separate sheets by hand, helping improve packing efficiency at eCommerce fulfilment areas, warehouse dispatch stations and retail packing counters. Supplied flat on a roll, the film is compact, lightweight and easy to store before inflation, saving valuable warehouse space compared with pre-filled bubble wrap.
