    Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse whenever stock is available. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size and selected delivery method.

    Products marked as Pre-Order, including selected packaging machines, may be dispatched from our international warehouse. Please allow approximately 20–30 business days for delivery from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing, international transport, customs clearance, public holidays, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    Pre-Order Cancellations
